    Expanding active learning

    CPASS and WestVirginia University as a whole have always had a commitment to innovative, hands-on education. Now, thanks to a grant award from Steelcase Education, CPASS will be able to expand our offerings with an active learning classroom that will support instructors and students by creating an environment that encourages engagement,collaboration and creativity.

    Internationalizing at Home

    A new, faculty-led development program at CPASS is setting a high bar. The program seeks to fulfill a big part of the College’s strategic international mission — increasing student engagement, opening up collaboration between multiple institutions, building an international dimension into existing programs and connecting students with opportunities across the world.

    Bringing CPASS research to Latin America

    An ongoing interest in international, interdisciplinary collaboration across sport management and athletic coaching education took Associate Professor of Sport Management Gonzalo Bravo to Brazil from August 5 to December 3, 2016, for research and teaching.
