Campus Recreation graduate assistant positions available for next academic year

The WVU Department of Campus Recreation has announced five graduate assistant positions based at the Student Recreation Center.  Positions are designed as two, one-year contracts covering the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years.

Graduate assistants will oversee administrative duties, staff supervision and project and event management. 

The anticipated open positions for the 2019-2020 school year include aquatics, climbing wall, competitive sports, fitness and wellness and operations and events. Those accepted into graduate school at WVU will receive priority consideration.

As an option, the College of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences offers on-campus MS programs in Coaching/Sport Education and Sport Management. At the doctoral level, students can specialize in Coaching and Teaching Studies or Sport and Exercise Psychology. For more information, visit https://cpass.wvu.edu/academics.

To be considered for an assistantship, students must have applied to the WVU graduate program of their choice by the respective college's deadline.
