engineers and other subject matter experts to develop software manuals,

earned her B.A. in History, with a minor in English from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania and completed coursework for an M.S. in Professional Writing at
Towson University, where she worked with the publisher to produce a scholarly
journal, Metropolitan Universities.
